Ironically, the Xbox One X has the most stable framerate of all four consoles, consistently staying at 60 FPS with relatively infrequent and small drops. The PS4 Pro maintains a relatively consistent framerate, while the PS4 itself is incredibly inconsistent. The base PS4 shows little reconstruction, but the base Xbox does quite a bit. The PS4 Pro does show visible reconstruction artifacts whereas the Xbox One X does not. The quality of the motion blur effect is better on the PS4 Pro than the base console, as you might imagine. Despite this, the PS4 looks less “clean” due to frequent issues with aliasing. The game will look “sharper” than on the Xbox One, which does look a little bit blurrier. It will occasionally dip, but not too much. On the PS4 Pro, the frame rate is pretty consistent at 60 FPS. 
For the most part, the frame rate will stay in the 50s, but it will continually dip into the 40s and sometimes the 30s.
